They do not replace parts, but insist you put in back in thr box (impossible to do as the package arrived damaged) or buy another unit to replace the damsged goods. This was to be a holiday present. Customer service was useless. I will not buy from this company again.

I absolutely love my new craft table. I did not mind putting it together because I knew what was going to be the end result. I look forward to spending many hours sewing, crafting and brainstorming ideas for my next project. For those of you on the fence trying to decide whether or not you should buy this product, my advice is it is definitely worth the plunge. The instructions were easy to read, every screw and board was clearly marked. I put 99% of the table together...needed my husband to hold the table top while I screwed the bookshelf to the tabletop. At the time of my purchase shipping was free. Hard to beat that! I could go on and on.

Quick response from customer service when it was disvoered the table top was damaged. Service agent was quick to think outside of the box in order for me not to have to repackage the whole thing and send back!
