For the price it should have come with a cover. I can supply my own pillow case. I'm glad I got the firm because it does conform to your head, I think soft or medium would have been too flat while sleeping.

I purchased this pillow because I wanted an exceptional down pillow.The pillow is very nice, made very well with no feathers coming out.The only problem I have with it is I ordered a medium and it is too soft for me.Everything else about it is great.I would like to send it back for a firm one.
