I can honestly say I find this product invaluable and I use it may times each day. The lid goes up and down easily, and the seat itself is a dream. It was easily installed and has shown no wear, even with heavy use. It's easy to keep clean, too! I purchased this seat in the gray to match my vintage toilet, which it does delightfully. I'm happy every time I look at it.

I bought 2 of these. I liked the chrome hinges and the weight of the seat. The first one stained and then I noticed that the Bemis website said to wash with gentle liquids, so I bought a second and it too stained. Plus the shiny finish on the hinges flaked off. Bemis stood behind their product (the second time, when I wrote them). I would not buy another because I have no idea how to keep it from staining.

This was the least expensive seat available. I couldn't believe what high quality it was when it arrived. I've bought seats at [@] for a higher price that were nowhere NEAR the quality of this seat.HIGHLY recommend - great bargain!

Was to match a Gerber toilet and the color reference, both by color number and catalog page samples, showed this to be true. However, the 2 seats received were different colors and did not become close to a match. Newer, catalog pages were inconsistant between each other. Made matching difficult.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was incredibly quick. Ordered on Wednesday night on-line and it was delivered Friday. Replacement was ordered one afternoon and was delivered the next morning before 9AM. Supplier did everything possible to ensure satisfaction, including paying return shipping. Problems were due to Bemis quality issues and not ToiletSeatSource.com or Hayneedle.

It was impossible to find a round, almond seat. most are elongated! It was great to find this online. The measurements were exact which put my mind at east when ordering.
