What an amazing difference this makes!. Arrived exactly as advertised. Fit perfectly, and was super easy (albeit gross) to install. I replaced our guest room toilet seat, and it looks so great, I just ordered 2 more for our master and the boys' bathroom. The seat is slightly concave (vs. the more rounded seat top of our old one). I find it's more comfortable than our old seat. Quick shipping too.
