The table arrived on the day promised, but unfortunately, when I opened the box all I found was firewood. The table had been completely wrecked in transit. The packaging needs to be improved, the shipping company needs to be changed. Why do I bother writing this review...
Because it was my first purchase from Hayneedle.com and I wanted to express my gratitude to the customer service department that handled my telephone call with professionalism. They also kept their promise to refund my full payment within 48 hours.
Their reputation remains intact with me, I sincerely hope they fire this one particular shipping company. My other suggestion would be to ship the furniture unassembled somehow, it would stand abetter chance of arriving in one piece.
I give the company 4 stars for their ethics, the table would have been a nice addition.

I love this coffee table! I always had clutter sitting on top of my old coffee table but now i put all the things in the drawers it provides. If you purchase this table you will not be sorry. it is also very pretty wood and easy to move around.
