Hayneedle sent me a Factory Second. This is not first-rate retail priced merchandise. There is a flaw in the glass that cannot be corrected without replacement. This is the hazard of buying online without seeing the actual item you are buying. You buy it, you wait, it arrives, you assemble it, and then discover it wasn't made right at the factory. I have to cover the flaw with a component, and that's not what was bargained for.
