I used the product as prescribed;however it didnot not work! I did all the little 'tricks' - took the battery out for a minute for the machine to 'reset' itself, dampen my feet & the scale to help an electrical charge to go thru. This thing(scale) only gave my weight. It is suppose to do weight,bone & muscle mass,body fat & how much calories needed to maintian that weight. The only thing it did was indicate my weight. I called costomer serv. the lady said she thinks i drank too much water & to re-do in the am. I did-I had the same result!! At work I stucked ice all day, got back on the scale>same result!! I AM DISAPPOINTED!DISAPPOINTED!DISAPPOINTED!!!!!- I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK!! DISAPPOINTED!
IF IT WORKDED I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND BECAUSE IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH, IF IT WORKED!!
