This is our second Bissell rug shampooer. The first one lasted 10 years and would probably still be working if our destructive kids didn't borrow it. We are very happy with this new Bissell shampooer and believe it is the best of all the brands. We like its ease of use. While some may not like its heavier weight, it is preferred to give a good scrubbing on the carpet. This is the one to use that gives a cleaning just as good as many commercial rental machines.
