I do love the finished product. Info had said 20 min. assembly which was entirely misleading. Instructions were not clear in details. Takes someone with some practice to put it together. But results are super!

Looks great in my office but...
I am in graduate school and I have three 5in binders full of notes from last semester. That combined with my books and the corner fit and I can only hold one binder and one large textbook per shelf.
Also, it is a little unsteady. I have a three year old son and it worries me that the bookshelf could potentially pose as a hazard to him. It comes with hardware to fix it to the wall however the bookshel does not align with the studs in the room.
Overall it looks nice, doesn't hold much (would be a better choice for decoration and not function) and is probably not worth the money. I should have went with what I know, great quality at pottery barn.

This bookshelf looks perfect in our living room and it doesn't take up a lot of space. I would definitely recommend it! We downgraded the size of our entertainment center so we needed a nice shelf to display pictures. Not using it for books at this time. The directions were no good. Better to just figure out how to put it together on your own.
