This new, innovative, primally awesome tailgate grill provides you and your fellow grillmonkeys with 360 degrees of cooking power that includes a 650° infrared grill, a spacious griddle, and a deep fryer. That's all the food groups on one grill. Outputting over 24,000 BTUs across 452 square inches of cooking area, it's a great way to cook main dishes, sides, and extra goodies at the time. It packs up quickly and comes with a storage bag, so you can switch spots quickly when vegetarians park nearby.
The infrared grill, griddle, and warming plate encircle the deep fryer, all powered by the same propane with independent control knobs. The cooking surface is double porcelain-enameled to minimize sticking, scratching, and eliminate rust. No assembly is required to start using your Blacktop 360.

This thing is like having a miniature set of your kitchen cooking devices with you in the great outdoors. The only thing you can't do is bake with it (or maybe you can!?). The fryer bowl is great for warming things like chili or queso. Fried shrimp and fresh tortilla chips have been the biggest hits from the deep fryer but of course everyone loves the fries and onion rings. I wish it came with the adapter hose for a full-size propane canister, but the small one pound canisters are easy to transport and last a long time since the grill cooks so fast. All in all, very happy with this product.

If you like to cook, eat and drink outdoors, you need one of these. It might look like a gimmick but its really a solid, well-designed product that actually works really well. The infrared grill heats very fast and gets super-hot; the griddle gives you a lot of cooking flexibility without having to take along a lot of grill accessories, and the deep-dryer is just awesome to have at a tailgate or camping site.
