loved loved loved the quality of material, packaging, prompt delivery. however, my monitor presented the color to be a brick red (dark red) and it was actually a bright red. i returned the item since the shade of red wasn't compatible with the rest of my room. the return process was pretty cool too. would do business with hayneedle again A+++
