Thank heaven for Hayneedle! I searched for ages to find a size-, quality-, color- and price-acceptable cushion for my rattan chaise lounge, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The one criticism I have is the one that many of your other customers have stated--it was very difficult choosing the pattern from too-small swatches on your website. It took me a couple of days to finally decide, and I did so with my fingers crossed. Fortunately, all was well. By the way, I must compliment your Customer Service people. I was having a big problem with your website, and your representative was very patient and accommodating.

The filling in these cushions was not thick enough, or full enough; i was very disappointed in them for the price. They were also too long for the chair and were stated as the same size as the cushions I currently had on the chair, that were 13 years old and had more support than these did.
