After waiting 7 weeks and several phone calls to Hayneedle regarding the delay, the rug I ordered finally arrived. It was extremely disappointing that the rug looked nothing like the picture. The colors weren't even remotely the same. I have learned that there is a lot of value of seeing a product before purchasing it on-line.
