The tools included for assembly were the only downside - have your own tools handy - the ones included are flimsy and not very useful. Otherwise - very happy with this product.

I have been unsuccessful in being able to lift myself up by using only my arms. I actually have to pull myself up using the handle bars. Other than that I enjoy using this inversion table in conjunction with my temper pedic bed. I have enjoyed the last several days and nights!

Solid, sturdy, it works well. Instructions are not the best nor easiest to follow but we figured it out. The foot rest is not very sturdy for people 200 lbs and over, we'll just have to see how long it will last. All in all it works, the price is reasonable, we are satisfied.

I am a sufferer of chronic lower back pain. I bought this in hopes of it giving me at least a small amount of relief. The purchase went smoothly and the item arived quickly. The assembly directions were a bit vague but the unit went together quite easily. Using this for 5 minutes twice a day has made a huge improvement in the way my back feels. I believe that over time with increased session length my overall quality of life will be much better.
