this is by far the worst buy i ever did.the machine is not that bad if it was new and complete,there were missing parts and in a used condition it seemed like it was a floor sample end in order to sell it quickly they they forgot to put every thing in the box.i needed the machine asap,they wanted me to ship it back and then they would try to help me,if they would have shipped me another one or at least the parts missing and then i would have shipped theirs back it would have helped but not helpful in that way.bottom line not happy at all.

This is a great product. My husband has a bad back and we were told this would help. It has helped alot! It took mins to set up and it is very easy to use. It is also easy to store. It goes into 2 peices and could fit under a bed or behind something. I will definatley recommend this product to other people. The cushion for your head and back is nice as well. Its helps put your back where it should be.
