I was skeptical about ordering this after I read reviews on OTHER sites. However, the capability of being able to fold the bike and move it around easily won out against all others I had considered. I also think it is aesthetically appealing. This is amazing for this price! My one con, instability, is actually BARELY a con. It only wobbles slightly when I go over 15mph, and I have it on carpet so I'm sure that doesn't help. I had read reviews that this was not for people over 5'5". However, I am 5'7" and I don't have it on the highest setting. The seat isn't the most comfortable in the world. But as long as you aren't a cry baby, you'll get used to it and be okay. It was easy to put together and works great. I have only been using it several days though. It is quiet too! I can use it while my son is asleep and not disturb him! [...] I actually got it much earlier than expected! Yay!

Unfortunately I cannot comment on how this unit works because it arrived damaged. A better word for how this unit arrived is cracked and shattered. I didn't assemble it.

This bike offers multiple tension levels which is great for an interval training type of workout. Have the bike on a hardwood floor, so it is very stable and smooth operating. The only bad thing is the seat is so uncomfortable I have to put a pillow on it just to be able to use it, and can't ride for a long time even with the pillow. Probably going to have to purchase a different seat.

The product came with concealed damages, looks like the unit was stowed at the base of the plastic housing, racking it enough to make it diffilcut to put the front leg on. It makes a clicking sound as i pedal but appears to be working. Was very easy to assemble my compliments.

I e-mailed it was broken upon receiving and NO ONE ever called me back-going to call my local television station for the consumer guy to get you embarrassed enough to call me back and take care of the Garbage you sold me box looked like Fed Ex dragged it to my home-SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED!!BIKE PLASTIC IS SHATTERED and unable to assemble

Product was destroyed before delivery and I emailed that night I received delivery with no return response-NOT able to assemble because of shattered plastic pedeal assembly-Calling local TV consumer reporter to have hime do television broadcast about hayneedle ripping people off.I took many pictures of box before I opened expecting the worse by the condition of the box and sure enough FED EX dragged it all the way from Omaha to Ca. PIECE OF GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon first opening the box I found all the parts in good working order. Set up was easy. I would suggest leaving the main cylinder for the bike in the packing styrofoam. It allows the unit to be balanced while screwing anything in. The best part is that I live in a studio apartment and the fits very neatly in the corner and not an eye soar. Great for conserving space. The worst part is the seat. Definitely get a different cushion for it. Hands down the best value on the web for something like this.
