I bought this glider to help me work out, tone and lose weight. I feel that the stride is a little short so it never feels like a natural and comfortable steps but I think it will probably work for me. The frame does seem to be sturdy and no wobbling. I just got mine put together and used it for the first time today.

This is exactly the small quiet machine I needed for my little apartment. The directions were difficult to view but was still easy to put together. Movement is smooth and quiet although the downhill feel to the pedals will take some getting used to I don't consider it a bad thing. Wobbles a little bit (I'm 5'5" 160lbs) but I don't worry about it tipping over.

My purchase was delivered in just 2 days (as estimated). It was well packaged and arrived with all parts and no scratches or dents. The directions for assembly were not bad, and I was able to put together myself in a couple hours or so. The BodyRider seems like it will suit my needs very well. It does have a short stride, which makes it feel strange for my husband who is 6'1" - but for me, at 5'4", the stride is perfect. It does move slightly from side to side when in use - but I checked the screw connections, etc. and all seem secure, so hopefully this won't become a problem. Today will be my first day of using the BodyRider to do an actual workout, but thus far I'm very pleased with my purchase. Also, it is nicely compact yet sturdy and of ample size... meaning it fits very well in my living room, out of the way but where I can still watch tv and be in the room. Despite the smallish size, it is still a fully functional machine.

The BodyRider is very useful and effecient, although the stride takes a little while to get used to, it feels short and unnatural. After you get the hang of it it gives you a fairly good work out. I was sweating in five-eight minutes. It does get noisy when you start sprinting/running, but that doesn't bother me. The assembly time is fairly quick if you know what your doing. Mostly an hour-an hour and a half. Overall pretty good for something compact and cheap like this.
