This equipment is the same as Gold's Gym XRS 30, but costs twice as much. No noticeable quality difference. I understand price differences, but 100% difference? Not sure. Customer service will not try to match prices for multiple reasons. Including different models, brands, timeframe etc.
First got 1 wrong part and spent more than a month communicating with Bodysolid, sending photos, to explain the problem. First got the wrong part. They sent me the right part. Did I mention that it took over a month?
After all this, the part arrived, with a disclaimer that I'll be charged for it, if I didn't send the bad part back. The package was pre-paid, So, I sent it back.
In hind sight, I would've gone with the Gold's gym. Too late now. Check out the above said Gym.
