Every piece of this station is rigid, the finish is excellent, the hardware is quality, and everything fits together (in under an hour) nicely. The instructions are simple, straight forward and if you can finish a "connect the dots" you'll do just fine putting this together. All you'll need for assembly is a couple of adjustable wrenches, and a phillips screwdriver. Most every piece will fall into place with a solid wrap with the edge of your palm with no pain, no swearing. A 13mm and 17mm wrench, a ratchet with corresponding sizes and a #3 phillips will shave quite a bit of time off of assembly. It's worth noting that the base of the station already has caps installed, all handles are assembled, so no fighting them onto the metal.
Once this station is together, it's very rigid, very sturdy. Perhaps all I can complain about is that the foam on the pull-up bar isn't attached very well, and rolls around a bit -consider it an advanced forearm workout. Keep an eye out for height on this one. Low ceilings will have you inspecting your attic space the hard way. Check product height with ceiling height before deciding to purchase it.
As I said before, it's a sturdy station with quality construction, though when my larger frame is torquing on it during a workout, there is a small amount of flexing in the dip handles and main support tubes. This is negligible and to be expected in my opinion. I never feel like it's not going to support my weight. There's plenty of room between the dip bars to do pullups, as long as you fold the knee-raise grips down. I did find it's easy to thump your noggin on the pullup bar doing dips, but I found that by turning around and facing out nullified this problem, and didn't impact my workout at all so again... negligible issue. The back padding has a nice lumbar curve, which may or may-not fit your back as we're all different shapes and sizes, but I find it to be a good design none the less, and shouldn't cause anyone any problems during knee-raises. Finally, the push-up handles are a good width apart, very sturdy and luckily -they're thicker than the other grips allowing a much more comfortable excercise without bruising your palms. It also allows you to do deep, full-range pushups that are superior to floor-based push-ups.
All-in-all, this station is nice to look at, well-built, a great space saving design over similar models (as the pullup bar is on the front side) easy to assemble, easy to move around, and a rippin' deal for the money. If a person were to merely couple this station with a jump rope, and some dumbells you could accomplish an effective full-body workout routine capable of great results in looks and strength, all in a small amount of floor space like the corner of a bedroom. It's everything I expected out of it and a little more -especially for the money.

Overall good deal
Very easy assembly and very sturdy tower. Only problem is that the angled design puts the structure too close when doing pullups. Have to be very careful not to hit the back and sides....Read complete review

Comments about Body Vision Power Tower:
I received the Body Vision Power Tower on Saturday and immediately assembled it. Assembly was relatively straightforward with only a couple of wrenches and a phillips screwdriver required. Tower is good quality with solid construction and extra bracing in strategic areas. It sits level and is very stable during use.
