Comments about Health Mark Bodywave Generation II Bench:
I am a chiropractor and when my fiancee' herniated a 2 disc in his low back and refused to use an inversion table because he didn't like being up side down, I had to figure something else out. I came across this piece and figured that it may have a similar effect to an inversion table for disc injury, and it worked like a charm. I have now used it with multiple patients, all with positive results! I highly recommend this as an inexpensive, effective product for use at home, that can help significantly with lower back injuries, especially herniated discs.

Cons

Comments about Health Mark Bodywave Generation II Bench:
Not sure what I expected but although the device is limited in what it offers, it is a great way to lay back and enjoy stretching out your back. In the past I have tried rolled towels or yoga blocks and that can be annoying. This is an ergonomic, padded arch that supports your back. Nice to leave in the living room or bedroom....
