It will sit in an eight foot wide pool on a pedestal in our backyard. Don't be mislead though on the cool marketing lingo crafted of "fiberstone." It's simply a fiberglass unit. I think the shipping has been added to the cost, as I could have spent less locally for something similar. I'm pleased with the purchase and it arrived without damage. Though water has not been added yet, wife wants water to shoot up--may have to resize the end for smaller diameter in hopes to satisfy her--we'll see.

Received fountain packaged in 2 large boxes on a wood palet. The largest box was torn open in places. We examended the bottom bowel while the delivery driver was still here and found no damage. We signed for delivery. The smaller box had a foot print on the top. Upon opening we found tier #2 had a crack in it from some one's body weight. Since the crack was on the bottom of the tier (not visable) I repaired it with epoxy. All in all we are happy with the fountain, but not with careless shipping of boxes marked "Fragile".
