These kitchen chairs are a real find. Beautifully made, they are heavy enough to feel richly crafted, yet manageable. We found them easy to assemble, if somewhat tedious and laborious work, so don't expect to get the job done all in one shot unless you have some compelling reason to punish yourself. We found seat cushions that add to their comfort and aesthetic appeal. Love them!
One caution: the tiny package that contains the washers and screws could accidentally be discarded since they aren't taped to chair parts. The best thing would be for the manufacturer to put that package inside the small carton containing the iron side brackets.
