INDOOR HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
- Locate a Ceiling Joist by tapping or using a stud finder. The beam must be a solid straight-grained structural joist, usually found every 16 to 18 inches from each other.
- Vertically drill a 5/16-inch pilot hold in the middle of the joist for the screw to go into.
- We recommend that you rotate the screw eye in all the way to the eye for best support.
- Tie the 2 free ends of the chair ropes onto the large S-hook by using an overhand knot.
- Hang the S-hook onto the screw eye and determine the rope length that suites your ceiling height.
- The assembled chair should hang approximately 12 to 14 inches from the floor, based on your personal preference.
- You may need to make some adjustments to the rope until you find the right sitting height to accommodate your own height.
- Insert the dowels deeply into the boot cups.
- Get a good book or crossword puzzle and get ready to Relax!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANGING THE CHAIR OUTDOORS
- Tie a separate loop of rope over the tree limb, and drop it down to a height one can reach from the ground.
- Follow the hanging instructions from the instructions for Hanging the Chair Indoors beginning at Step 3.
- Once the chair is assembled, hook the large S-hook onto the rope loop of the chair.
- Some adjustments may need to be made until you find the perfect height for your desired relaxation.
- You may consider purchasing a Tree Strap & Carabineer Clamp for quick hook-up and release.

My 5-year old has autism and some sensory issues. This hammock is perfect for him. We removed the wooden bar and it wraps around him tightly giving him the deep pressure he often needs and desires. Advertised with fringe, but ours had none. It hangs very low if used with the wooden bar on a hammock stand. We use a Z-stand, removed support bar, and hung it with a swivel hook and some carbingers and it is now perfect!

Just put it up in my room yesterday and it is awesome! Very comfortable and a good size. I'm about 5'8 and I sit in it with my feet up. I got the fringe on mine so I'm not sure why others haven't. Now I just have to keep my niece from coming in my room all the time because she loves it too!

Wonderful purchase. Great quality. Super fast shipping. Exceeded my expectations. If you ever considered buying a hammock but lacked the perfect place due to the traditional 2 anchors needed, this is the answer. Easy to hang and requires little space. I have it in the corner of our porch overlooking a lake and I could lay and read or drift to sleep for hours. For the money it is one of life's simple pleasures! It would make a wonderful and inexpensive mother's or father's day gift to say, "You deserve a break today!".

The item was a gift, so it was not unwrapped immediately. Unfortuately, it was defective and had a large rip in the fabric seat making it impossible to use. What a disappointment!!!
