LOVE this chair! Went together very quickly. Only problem I had was removing the plastic cover on the seat. Getting out every protruding piece took longer than the assembly! For the second chair, tried removing it before assembling, but made no difference. The chair comes beautifully and skillfully packed. However, a suggestion would be for the seat cover to be protected in a way that was not so time consuming and pain-staking to remove! (Took 20 minutes to assemble; took 30 minutes to removed the plastic seat covering.)
