Once I figured out that no one makes a medicine cabinet in the same size as the old one, I made the decision to expand the opening, and install this cabinet. Even though the rough-in dimensions are given in the specs, I waited until the cabinet arrived before I started demolition. I should not have worried, the specs were correct and the cabinet fit right into the new rough-in perfectly. With the cabinet, and mirror doors, the installation, from start to finish was about 45 minutes. My wife and I are very happy with this cabinet.

This is a great option if you need a recessed mount medicine cabinet. The mirrored doors with the beveled edges look sleek and clean in my bathroom. The only drawback is that the shelves inside are not very sturdy, but they are adjustable and there is plenty of room in this 36' wide cabinet. All my things fit in nicely.

The biggest con is that each mirror opens a different direction. Since there is so much space inside, it would have been optimal if two of the three mirrors opened away from each other revealing a much larger, more usable open space.

Great procuct, exactly as advertised, and well worth the price. I did the rough opening from the specs prior to delivery and the cabinet slid into the wall like a glove. The beveled glass mirrors look great, and the hinges are solid.

I originally bought a similar product from one of the big box stores, and it was made of particle board. When I got it home, the mirror corner was chipped. I returned it and brought home another, and this time the mirror were warped. The particle board backing probably shrunk and caused the mirrors to bow. So, I took that back too, and then found this medicine cabinet online. Could not find anything like this, except on line. The advantage that this medicine cabinet had, was that the mirror backing was steel and the frame is steel. So, no warping. It had a baked-on enamal white paint on top of the steel to prevent rusting. This one cost twice as much as the original one I bought, but it was well worth it. I really love this medicine cabinet.[...]I wish they had better pictures. I was expecting three separate comparments, but in actuality, the shelves stretch across all three sections. The shelves themselve are also steel, and a bit flimsy, but I was fine with them.
