Comments about Butler Bookcase Console - Antique Cherry:
First time, item was damaged beyond hope. Second time...simply damaged. Rather than return it again, I kept it hoping I could repair it. It is a lovely bookcase, but by skimping on packaging (the cardboard was very flimsey and only thin styrofoam protectected the edges) you have turned a repeat customer into a wiser man.
