Comments about Butler Parchment Quilt Rack:
Received with missing wooden plugs. Hayneedle very helpful in getting distributor (Butler Co) to send the plugs to me.
On attempt to assemble, I discovered that the wrong size bolts were supplied. At this point, I opted to return the item.
In addition to the above problems, I was not pleased with the quality of the materials (however, I would have kept it to avoid the hassle and cost of shipping back if it had been usable.)
Hayneedle was excellent in providing prompt help to resolve problems with this order.
