I spent hours researching tables. Needed one that I could roll out of the garage and play on a brick patio. Quality like that of a BMW. It's engineered and made in Germany, and it shows. Takes a long time to set up. Just deal with that aspect. Sort the bolts out into piles after measuring with a metric ruler. Number the piles with the same numbers detailed in the instructions. Take your time. My coach potato 12 year old is happy to help set up and put away, and who, it turns out, has the gift. He wants to play until there's no light, and his older brother loves it, too. After 20 minutes the first day the 12 year old started to flick the ball with spin. He's going to be great. Neighbor kids come over too. My only recommendation is that you replace the main bolt for the net assembly (net assembly is by Stiga: well made. Not at all like the garbage that comes with cheap tables.)with a wing nut, for easier installation and de-installation (we put it in the garage every night) and the nut can probably be fixed in place with a little silicon. That's a minor detail. Most people probably aren't taking it and putting it back in a garage like we do. On that note, it folds perfectly; the wheels take my somewhat uneven bricks without any problem. This table is very, very well made. Solid, but easy to roll. It arrived quickly and everything was in perfect shape. You can't go wrong. If you're thinking of saving money on a cheaper table, reconsider.

Second time table tennis buyer. First one, years ago, I bought a cheap one. It lasted for 10+ years with heavy use. When I built it, all went together nicely. This table is much better quality and should last forever but after I put it together (took about 2.5 hours with my wife's help) the two haves didn't line up perfectly. They were off about 3/4's of an inch. I tried everything, such as losing screws/bolts and trying to shift the two halves back in line but no success. As this is a family table, we will just live with it. This is the reason I rated it 3 stars. The quality of the parts deserve 5 stars for the cost of this table, but I don't think the table should be so off line at this price point. As a side note, the first table came with major damage and the delivery service took it back. The second one came with much damage to the box but only a few scratches to the table itself and a small bent metal piece that I simply bent back into shape. Delivery with out any damage would be shocking to me with such a large piece. Anyway, hope this helps.

Woman on the phone was excellent. Table arrived as expected and delivery company was excellent. Price was ok, maybe could have done a bit better. Table was very hard to put together, took 2-3 people for about 4 hours. Table already has 2 chips and is not as heavy and durable as expected. Overall seems like a good value and table versus the many others we looked at in stores and online. Kids are having a great time though and hopefully it will last a long time.

This is the first time I received an ordered item and it came exactly as described and beautified on the web. It took me 2.5hrs + 2 more people to assemble it which I don't mind. I can see this table last me up to 7yrs or more. Am just hoping that I can contact them in the future for a replacement part and get it from them. Overall this is the table to get.

Delivery was ok, with good customer service and stick to their words. Just had the aluminum sheet bent a little on opening the box. Overall 100% service quality.

[...]I initial had concern whether the blue table looks in my new rec room. The blue is actually a nice tone of blue green. It looks better than the tradition green table.The assembly is quite a bit of work. It comes with A LOT OF pieces and screws. However, the instruction is quite clear so I am my 10 year old son put it together in about 4 hours. It turns out to be a very solid & nice looking table. The fold up for single person practice is designed nicely and safely. It is easy to fold up but may need two person to unlock the mechanism for safety to put it back flat. We love it. The only I would suggest the manufacturer to put a locking mechanism on the wheels. We set on the hardwood floor. With my kids hits the table while they play, the position of the table shifted a little. With the lock, it may prevent it. But this is no big deal.

After putting this table in our un-finished basement our kids want to go to basement almost everyday.
I have been playing ping pong for many years, the quality of table met my expectation. Ball gets a consistent and nice bounce out of the surface; single most important feature of any ping pong table.
So far so good, I hope it lasts for 5-6 years.
