My husband and I have always been happy with our purchases from Hayneedle and the customer service is outstanding.
There was one thing about this umbrella that I wasn't happy about. As described in writing and also shown in the picture, the hardware of the umbrella is stainless steel. Ours came and it was a bronze color. I ordered the base so it would match stainless steel. We are still happy with our purchase, but the item did not live up to the description or photo of the merchandise.
It did not come with instructions on how to put it together. My husband is very handy and can figure this stuff out!
