Dumbbells and free weights are the only thing that have ever worked for me, and the biggest selling point of these was price. I like the hex shape so they won't roll. The grips are a little rough but I wear weight training gloves anyway to avoid blisters. These are a good, solid product.
Service and delivery comments:
Very fast shipping! I had them shipped via ground, which is free here on Hayneedle, and they arrived in less than a week. Shipping heavy weights can be pricey so the free shipping was very attractive. Good communication as to when they were shipped. All in all, very pleased.
