I was disappointed with the service overall. From the moments the mugs were ordered I couldn't get any updates on tracking or delivery expectations. When I called in, I didn't get any more information than what was offered online. When I did finally speak to someone who offered to look further she promised to call me back and didn't. I finally got notified that my items had shipped on the same day they arrived. Thank goodness they arrived before christmas, and only one day after the orginal estimated date. Once I received the items, I did a close inspection of the quality, and although it is great they could be personalized, it feels like even that quality was rushed.
