I use this cord along with a Celestron power tank to power my scope in the field. The cord fits well into the mount, but sometimes is a bit touchy at the power tank end. I have found that if I push the cord in too far it loses the connection with the tank. Likely user error, but still something to consider. The connection is strong at both ends, however, and I like the length of the cord a lot. With how much I jump from object to object, the longer cord length really helps in avoiding cord wrap issues. I do use two tiny bungee cords up where the cord connects to the mount to keep it secure and keep me from accidentally bumping it out of the mount. Otherwise, fantastic purchase. Definitely recommended.
