Celestron's Universal 1.25-inch T-Adapter with integrated 2X Barlow lens will allow you to attach your 35mm SLR camera to your telescope or spotting scope. Then you can take magnified photos of earth-bound objects as well as lunar and planetary subjects. The adapter can also be used for long-exposure, deep-sky photography when it's attached to a separate guidescope, and its Barlow lens can be used with regular eyepieces to double their viewing power for visual applications.
Celestron's Universal T-Adapter (drop-in style) fits any make telescope that uses a 1.25-inch focuser or visual back. Works ok, allows eyepeice insertion, and quick change to camera. Optics are OK with Celestron 130mm SLT. Doesnt have a drastic adverse effect on image quality

I purchased this lens with the idea I could use it with a Celestron Spotting scope I also ordered from [@]. Too little information in the scopes description gave me no idea this lens would not work with the scope. If you want to use this lens with any scope, make sure it has interchangable 1.25" eye pieces. I'm sure it's a great lens on a scope it was designed for.
