This kit comes with a 30min- fireguard door panel, R-5 thermo shield insulation, and 4-sided weather bulb stripping. It includes Gas Struts for easy operation. An optional AAPD universal pull-down pole kit eliminates cords and allows for easy stairway pull-down and kit is standard with 12 foot attic stair models. An optional ABK installation and trim kit includes all parts for complete installation to add the perfect door to your new folding attic stairway.
