Energy Efficient Aluminum Attic Stair is a residential stairway with a 350-pound load rating, a 25.5 x 64-inch rough opening, and fits ceiling heights between 11.5 - 12 feet. It requires a 7-foot landing space and a minimum 87-inch clearance-projection space. Plus it includes FireGuard fire-retard door panel, Thermoshield insulated door panel, and industry only 4-sided weather-stripping. The tri-fold function makes it easy to use, double-riveted construction makes it sturdy. Features heavy-duty, rust-resistant aluminum stairs and stiles, and an adjustable foot extension and pivotal floor pad for easy installation. The included universal pull-down pole kit eliminates unsightly cords and affords easy stairway access. The universal stair hook adjusts to fit all stair widths on the market today.
