I was first sceptical because I didn't plan to spend as much on a knife sharpener. WoW am I glad I made the right choice! All of my knives, even those that the kids had used to cut through leather and burred the edges on were put to a "better than new" sharpness. This works so easily and quickly and be very cautious as the knives really are sharper than you expect!

I found model 120 perfect for the home kitchen. I made this purchase after buying a different brand at a super center, which I promptly returned after the first use .
