Very dissatisfied with your customer service
Item was not as described. When I called to
return item I was not offered a refund on
my shipping back to you. When I talked
to a supervisor she told me he should have
offered to pay return shipping.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this product. I bought it for my 19 month old grandson to nap on while he is with me during the day. I love it, and he loves it. It is light and comfortable.
