The product arrived in beautiful shape. No damage from shipping at all. But it was packed with a spray foam, which was incredibly difficult to remove, made it impossible to recycle the large box, and also would have made it IMPOSSIBLE to return in original shipping. Please stop shipping this way! Would have rated a 5 except for this.
