I got this for my daughter who is 11. The advertising picture makes it look much bigger and comfortable than it was. I bought this because it looked like it would have good back and neck support, but my daughter found it very uncomfortable and it didn't give support at all. I was very disappointed and returned it. I'm still out the $25 bucks it cost to ship it back though =(.
