We were very excited to receive this toy box since we've been looking for a long time for one this pretty for my daughter's room. The quality of this toy box is great, but my chief complaint -- and it's a big one -- is that it has no lid!!! I wish the listing clearly stated this as we would have chosen another had we known. Having an open toy box with no lid is not what we were looking for at all, because you can see her toys and it's messy looking. Also, I was hoping to use the top of the box for seating, which isn't possible with this box.
Is it possible to order this WITH a lid? If so, we would love to do so.

The product was delivered and left on my frount porch. The shipping carton looked to be in ggod shape. Once opened, several panel were damaged
or cracked. It would be my guess they were damaged
when packed prior to shipping. I will not recommend your products.

I COULDN'T TELL FROM THE PICTURE IF THIS TOY BOX HAD A LID SO WHEN I CALLED TO ORDER I ASKED AND SHE TOLD ME IT DID.MY HUSBAND PUT IT TOGETHER WHEN I WASN'T HOME AND WAS VERY UPSET WHEN I SAW IT ESPECIALLY BECAUSE FOR [$] EVERY OTHER TOY BOX I SAW HAD ONE I FELT CHEATED AND GIVE WRONG INFO,HOWEVER MY GRANDAUGHTERS PARTY WAS THE NEXT DAY AND FELT DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE IT WAS ALREADY TOGETHER AND HAD NO OTHER GIFT.
