The base is very heavy, and the folding mechanism often sticks (up or down). The handle works moderately well, but sometimes also sticks in the up position. The base supports a variety of sizes (small and large). Overall, I like it okay, but not a good value.

I'm tall, 6'5" and need a tall handle to carry my video gear. Nothing beats this, the Bungee strap holds everything in place and makes it easy to load. The telescoping handle makes packing in the back of the car a breeze, way easier than the folding carts.
