However, I looked at so many carriers I may have been confused. This has no directions for assembly and no seatbelt slots for safety. My 5 month old, 11 lb Boston just fits in it, there is no way a full grown Beagle could! I'll have to buy another soon; and I could have gotten one same quality as this locally for cheaper.
