Received my bag in 3 days after ordering. Super fast delivery! Bag is great! Seems to be very functional and designer looking. I wanted a bag that looked more like a purse and this one does. Only negative I see so far is the wipes case. It is hard to open and close and does not seal well around the edges. The bag itself is great though! We are waiting on our little one to arrive to use it but so far... love this bag!

I use this bag everyday and LOVE IT! It's big enough to hold everything I need for my little one, from an insulated bottle pocket to pockets to hold my personal items. I can't think of any cons, I love this bag so much.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was delayed due to manufacturer-Hayneedle pricing issue, but as soon as I discovered it wasn't delivered as promised, Hayneedle handled the issue right away.
