This rug is best used in a protected outdoor environment such as a covered sunroom or covered patio area. Please refer to the "maintenance & care instructions" for more information. If rug gets wet, the following steps should be taken to ensure the rug's longevity: (1) Bamboo surface should be wiped dry. (2) The rug backing should be completely air dried. (3) Surface that rug lies on should be completely air dried before rug is laid back down.

Love my new purchase; I even bought two. Bamboo is beautiful and trim is neatly sewn. Nifty back fabric keeps rug from slipping. Using one rug in a rental because I think it will be durable and I'm tired of replacing stained fabric rugs!

This rug was for my son as he enters college. It fit perfectly in his dorm room. Time will tell but I think this is the perfect rug to put up with the abuse that will be perpetrated by two teenage boys.
