Like other reviewers, I have some issues with chipping on the rack, but it's not too obvious. Was super easy to put together, took me about 10 minutes once I got all the plastic off the pieces (that took twice as long!). It's also bigger than I thought it would be, I was hoping for something a little less obtrusive. But, it's not worth taking apart and putting back in the box to return, so I'll keep it.

Rack came damaged. Is not made of solid wood but a composite wood material and one leg was chipped. Hayneedle would have replaced the unit however, we opt to take a discount and glued the chip back on. Only slightly noticeable. The box had been dropped and someone had taped up one corner. It should not have been shipped in that condition.
