This super-sturdy square steel umbrella base holds, protects, and stabilizes your patio umbrella. It is even reliable and strong enough for commercial use. The base can be used with either an umbrella that goes through your patio tabletop or one that stands alone. It features a powder-coated black finish that covers its durable steel base and neck. This umbrella base fits umbrellas with poles up to two inches in diameter, and it can accommodate free-standing umbrellas up to 9 feet in height or table umbrellas up to 11 feet tall.

Suitable for several types of uses, the Treasure Garden 70 lb. Square Steel Base is a subtle solution to supporting your patio umbrella. Use this base with a free standing umbrella up to 9 feet or in conjunction with a patio table for umbrellas up to 11 feet. We recommend you use caution when using this umbrella base with a free standing umbrella in windy areas. Just remember, a freestanding umbrella with a base has less support than one used with a base and thru a table. Crafted of steel, it has a durable, powder-coated black finish and the neck will fit umbrella poles up to 1.5 diam. inches. Some minor assembly is required.

Spring is definitely upon us in North Palm Springs and the wind gusts, although warm, can reach very high speeds. But this year we're prepared and the purchase of 2 of these 70lb. steel bases have so far proven that our umbrellas aren't being blown over (even while closed) as in previous years. Love these bases!
