We purchased these chairs and got them 2 days ago. They were easy to put together and they look nice as well (we also bought two ottomen). The only issues are that the wood is SUPER soft and it makes indentations easily (especially when putting them together) and sometimes, we feel like we are getting splinters (but there are none there). They are also very low to the ground, making getting up a little difficult.
We are larger women and the chairs fit us just fine. No issues there. Overall, we're happy. WE just hope they last us a few years!

Shipping was late although I paid an additional $80.00 for two-day shipping. Called to ask why the shipping wasn't being expedited. Not provided much of an explanation. I mentioned that I specifically purchased these chairs because I was having guest in town for the weekend. If the chairs were to show up late, it pretty much defeated the purpose. Chris recommended I cancel my order altogether?! I asked if they would be willing to overnight. Initially, was told no, as "that would be too expensive on their end." Finally agreed to overnight them to me. Packaged arrive. Both chairs were damaged noticeably. Also, was charged TWICE, and have yet to be reimbursed. Called today, but was put on hold for twenty minutes. Had to hang up to answer another call. Very dissapointing all-in-all.

These chairs are well-made, easily assembled and look great on my patio. I had been looking for some adirondack chairs but didn't want to spend a lot of money. These are very affordable and well worth the price. We had them assembled in just a few minutes.
