Many other reviews said "difficult to install", which I scoffed at. They weren't kidding, though. It did take me about 4 hours on my own, and I'm fairly handy. The instructions were fairly simple.
Mine was missing a single screw - not a huge deal.
I don't recommend using a drill at all; even on the lowest torque setting, the holes are much too easy to strip. Lesson learned the hard way.
While I initially thought I was getting an AMAZING deal, I realized the deal I got was quite fair. I'm happy with my purchase.

My delivery day arrived and I was very excited, however I never received a call on delivery time or arrival. And when I got home my purchase was left on my front door where anyone could have stolen it, the shipping box was damaged like some one tried to open the purchase and found too many layers of styrofoam which I did like. The twist screw locks, not sure exactly what they're called, were twisted so tightly with one another that I had to use pliers to pull them apart. Secondly some the wood was chipped and was ver obvious. And lastly when we tried to screw in the hooks for the coats. A few screws had a small piece of a broken screw inside so we were on unable to even place a screw driver inside to screw in the hooks! Very disappointed and would have liked to spend my money else where. : (

Instructions not clear. Some attachments need more instructions on installing. A bag of screws were wrongly numbered. It's definitely a 2 man job. All this made it a very difficult assembly, and I have been putting furniture and toys together for fifty years.

Looks very nice, but 20 min assemble time is way off. Took about 4 hours. Materials are a little bit cheaper than what I thought they'd be. Once assembled though, it serves it's purpose and looks lovely in the room.

Beautiful piece.. Super fast delivery. Assembly was horrible. I did it myself. Would of been a lot better if they just used arrows on the pieces, as for up/down, left/right. Glad no one was around to hear me swear.

This took several hours to put together. The so-called instructions were just a series of diagrams so there was some trial and error involved. The hooks will not screw in flush to the back piece so they are somewhat useless. But the piece looks nice and does the job and it was not expensive.
