The water container is a little smaller than I would like and it's a little noisy. It's a little complicated the first time you use it. Would like a better coffee switch. However, it makes 2 shots of expresso fairly quickly, although tamping is critical. I like that it has a 3 year warranty. I've gone through 3 other machines in the past 6 years.

We use our machine for Americano's only and it is really great...I've never used it to steam milk for other coffee drinks, so I have no opinion on that. It warms up quickly, is easy to attach the brew head, and clean up is a cinch (it even has little tools included to clean the brew head holes!) I would recommend this machine....excellent value/excellent product.
