Fully programmable, it offers a full spectrum of features including auto on/off and adjustable temperature. Choose from five cup sizes. The handy drip tray is removable, so you can fit even tall travel mugs directly. This brewing system accepts Keurig K-Cup pre-measured coffee, and Quiet Brew Technology lets you enjoy every cup more peacefully than ever. Wow, I can't believe the other good reviews. We bought this because our last single cup coffee maker kept breaking down within the year. This product has a 3 year warrantee plus it's a Cuisinart so I figured we'd hit the jack pot. Not so, the first one we bought lasted a month. Thinking this was a fluke, we bought another one. This new one broke down within two weeks. Suddenly, the coffee maker that lasted a year doesn't seem so bad.

Sometimes it doesn't make coffee at all. Other times it makes a 1/2 cup and sometimes we have to turn it off and keep turning off and on to get it to work at all. Tried to find place for troubleshooting and how to clean can't find one. It is too expensive to have this much problems on a regular basis

got this for my husband since he got hooked on single serve at work. after looking into keurig, this seemed like the better choice and it is! easier to flush (not manual like keurig) and longer warranty (3 years) just in case.
